If DXE Medical makes an error in your order, or you receive damaged equipment, please call us immediately at 866-349-4363. If you need to return the ordered item for any reason, our no nonsense policy is as follows:
You may receive a refund or credit within 30 days of the purchase date. You must notify us at 866-349-4363 before sending back the equipment/accessories to get an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number or there will be a 15% restocking fee incurred. After you have received your RMA number, please write the number on a piece of paper and place it in the box to be returned. Returns beyond 30 days of the purchase date will not be accepted.
All returned items will be accepted by DXEMed.com, except for "one time use" items. These include opened electrode pads, opened CPR kits, used batteries, opened cds, dvds, and manuals. If returning a Zoll AED Plus, the price of used accessories will be deducted from the refund.
When returning any medical equipment, shipping and insurance costs will be the responsibility of the customer. DXEMed.com is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost during shipping.
Only items purchased from DXEMed.com may be returned to DXEMed.com.
